Product Characteristics
• Modular design: TG series actuators equipped with pneumatic power, hydraulic power, spring power, manual control and other functional modules. All functional modules can be combined and replaced with each other, and users can select various modules according to the functional needs of the valve process control flow. Modules can also be purchased separately reducing spare parts inventory
• Secure: TG series pre-mounted spring module adopts the latest manufacturing process to pre-mount the spring in the spring module, eliminating the accidental release of the elastic force, removing potential dangers, preventing misoperation, convenient disassembly and installation.
• Compact type: G series actuators integrate and optimize the center of gravity position, and the product shape is more reasonable and lightweight. Compared to other actuators of the same torque, the weight is much lighter and requires less installation space.
• Waterproof protection: In line with IP66 and IP67 protection standards, the connection of each part is equipped with O-rings, which can effectively prevent water from entering the inside of the shell, and withstand short-term or long-term immersion, the user can choose according to the needs of the occasion.
• Corrosion resistance: G series actuators for internal protection and external coating. Reliable application in a variety of environments, in line with the relevant national standards.
• Standardization: All G-Series models have the same interface size for the top drive shaft, which complies with NAMUR standards and facilitates the installation of standard mounting methods for accessories such as position switches and positioners.
• Valve installation: G-series actuator and valve mounting, flange and shaft key connection, dimensions in accordance with the ISO5211 standard torque range.
